For reasons of uniformity please adhere to the following instructions

 

Oral Presentations

• Oral presentations of Master and PhD students are limited to 15 min in total (including 3 min for questions and short discussions).
  
  
• Oral presentations of Post-Doctoral Researchers are limited to 20 min in total (including 3 min for questions and short discussions).
  
  
• The slides of all presenters must be prepared in English.
  
  
• The presentations of the post-doctoral fellows must be delivered in the English language.
  
  
• Master and PhD students (excluding foreign students) will mandatorily present in Greek.

 

 

Poster Presentations

• Posters must be prepared exclusively in English.
  
  
• The poster size must fit to A0 size (portrait with dimensions 841 mm x 1189 mm).
